DESCRIPTION OF 50-10,000 Hz. WATER COOLED INDUCTION CONDENSERS

Induction furnace condensers are condensers designed to operate at various voltages between 50 and 10,000 Hertz. While projecting; we take into account the need of water-cooling to take in excess heat, which is caused by high power and frequencies.

USAGE AREA:

When the induction furnace condensers are connected to, melting furnaces, preheating furnaces, forging systems and heat treatment furnaces, they increase the low power coefficients (cos φ), in other words reactive power compensation. As previously mentioned KONDAŞ Induction Furnace Condensers are made of low loss and high quality materials and tested with special devices which are in compliance with international standards. That’s why KONDAŞ condensers have a longer life.

STRUCTURE:

Low loss polypropylene film or Aluminium foil with PP and paper, copper pipes in water cooling, dielectric oil and insulating material constitute the main structure. They are produced as Aluminium or steel body according to the working frequency.
